**Position Overview:**

As the Head Waiter at Rubia Gallega, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. You will lead the service team, ensuring that all guests receive attentive, courteous, and professional service while showcasing the rich culinary traditions of Spanish cuisine

**Key Responsibilities:

1. **Guest Service:**

– Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.

– Provide detailed menu knowledge, including food and wine pairings, to enhance the dining experience.

– Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly to inquiries or special requests

2. **Team Leadership:**

– Supervise and train waitstaff, ensuring high standards of service and presentation.

– Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate specials, promotions, and service goals.

– Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among the team

3. **Service Management:**

– Oversee the dining area to ensure smooth operations and efficient service flow.

– Monitor table settings and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with restaurant standards.

– Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and a focus on resolution

4. **Sales and Promotion:**

– Assist in upselling menu items and beverage pairings to maximize sales.

– Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional events and seasonal menus

5. **Administrative Duties:**

– Assist in scheduling and staffing for the service team.

– Maintain accurate records of reservations, special requests, and guest preferences

6. **Compliance and Safety:**

– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as restaurant policies.

**Qualifications:**
