Authentica World Job Description at a Glance:
- A Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Main duties include sales activities, presentations, and product demonstrations of Authentica products presented in the showroom/shop, as well as obtaining the payment and managing the billing and invoicing process.
Responsibilities:
- Generating sales leads.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Communicating and negotiating with prospective clients.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing activities.
- Understanding and promoting company activities.
- Obtaining payments from clients.
- Preparing and submitting sales orders.
- Managing the billing process for the clients and accounting purposes.
- Processing online orders (billing, shipping).
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales.
- Contacting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Maintaining clients’ records.
- Answering clients’ questions about products, prices, and availability.
- Maintaining the shop facility in a clean and presentable way at all times.
- Tracking inventory on a daily basis.
- Assisting in monthly/quarterly inventory of goods in stock.
- Any other related responsibilities assigned by the Manager.
Requirements and Skills:
- Experience in sales.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
- Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- UAE residence visa.
The Showroom is located in Jumeirah 2, Dubai.
